How to get an eSIM

Check that your device is eSIM-compatible and buy your data plan.Your phone must be compatible with eSIM. After verifying, look for your destination and buy a data plan.

Follow the installation instructions.Please check the instructions email we sent you upon purchasing your eSIM to complete the installation process and activate your data plan.

Get online right after landing. Start using your data plan as soon as you arrive at your destination.Your phone will automatically connect to the internet network upon arrival.

How to Install & Activate eSIM

INSTALL YOUR ESIM

Scan the QR code that is provided to install your eSIM. You will need internet connection to install your eSIM. The eSIM is now added to your phone.

START YOUR ESIM

Your plan will start automatically once connected to the destination network (as detailed in Step 3).

CONNECT AT DESTINATION

STEP 1. Go to Settings > Cellular and turn this line on.

STEP 2. Make sure "Data Roaming" is toggled on and you are selecting your eSIM for "Cellular Data".

STEP 3. The eSIM will automatically find and connect to the best local network for you.
